Bon Appétit! The meal can be one of the most important aspects to a special event. As event
professionals it is our duty to stay current on the trends and keep our clients taste buds intrigued.
Join us for a brief panel discussion with insight from Michael Jones, executive chef at Catering Plus,
Catherine Neville, editor-in-chief of Sauce Magazine, and Tony Cole, executive chef at Moulin Events and Meetings.
Following the panel discussion you are invited to taste the trends from the chefs and caterers listed below:

Please remember to bring cash for the raffles.
Parking is available in the adjacent surface parking lot. Street parking is also available.
Fees:
This program is included in ISES Season’s Pass. Fees for all are as follows.
$20 – Student Member
$30 – Member
$40 – Associate Member (colleague/spouse of member)
$50 – Non Member
Walk-in’s will be charged $10.00 more than the pre-registration rate.
