Event RFP Form

Objective


The purpose of the RFP is to identify venues and purveyors that would like to showcase their facility and/or services at an upcoming ISES event. The RFP will be sent to all ISES St. Louis members initially with the intention to give our members priority to take advantage of this exposure opportunity.

ISES Meeting Needs


As a hosting event partner ISES is looking for sponsor to be able to provide amenities including a first-rate F&B within if not under the recommended budget. The inclusion of complimentary parking and audio-visual equipment are ideal.

Partnership


Those facilities and purveyors partnering in the monthly programs will receive:

  1. Ability to showcase venue/services to ISES members and other event attendees.
  2. The introduction of designated staff at the meeting announcing their partnership with ISES.
  3. The opportunity to present a table top display showcasing your property or services.

Venues are encouraged to propose a complete package including food and beverage, linen, décor, floral, photography, etc. Partnering with other ISES member is strongly encouraged.
