13th Annual ISES Louie Awards Request for Proposal

Objective:

The purpose of the RFP is to identify ISES members that would like to showcase their services, products, and talents at the upcoming ISES Louie Awards. The RFP will be sent to all ISES St. Louis members initially with the intention to give our members priority to take advantage of this exposure opportunity.

ISES Louie Needs:

The ISES Louie Awards is “OUR” event so we are in need of many types of services and products such as: Food and Beverage, Event Photography, Interactive Entertainment, Room Décor, Centerpieces, Video Production, Stationary Needs, Linens, Rentals, Etc.

Partnership:

Those facilities and purveyors partnering in the ISES Louie Awards will receive ability to showcase services to ISES members and other event attendees. This is your time to shine in front of the membership.

Event Details:

Date: Friday, March 9th

Location: Ameristar Casino, Discovery Ballroom

Event Time: 6:00pm – 11:00pm
